The Coldfinger™ Apothecarian combines the convenience of a sophisticated water cooled condenser with the simplicity of the Home Unit. It is the obvious choice for most herbalists. The Apothecarian uses ethanol, vodka, Everclear, or water as a solvent. The condenser is cooled by connecting to a cold water faucet. Like all Coldfinger™ products, the Apothecarian allows you to collect and reuse your solvent. The 6 L unit has a basket capacity of 750 ml and the 4 L unit 350 ml. Included is a solvent recovery basket, tubing, and a barbed fitting for connection to your faucet.

You will need to purchase at your local hardware store one additional fitting to adapt your specific faucet to the provided barbed fitting. Photo displays the optional Waring heater.
